Visits

For each page view, the time, IP address, country (looked up from the IP address), browser type and which version of the page was shown are stored. If you are logged in, your Google account is also stored. The purpose is to see how much the site is used and to detect misuse. The information is deleted after 6 months. After that, only the number of views per day is kept. The server also keeps a standard access log with IP address, time, address, browser and referring page, which is deleted after 14 days. The database is backed up every night, and the copies are overwritten after seven days.

Visitor statistics

We use Umami, an open-source statistics tool running on our own server. It records which pages are viewed, which page you came from, country, language, browser, operating system and device type, and which buttons are used. Umami uses no cookies and does not store your IP address. The country is looked up from the IP address, and repeat visits within the same month are recognised by a one-way code that cannot be traced back to you. The data is not shared with anyone.

What is used on the site

The site counts which buttons and features are used, for example which places are opened, searches and language choices, and whether the demo is watched to the end. The count is only a number per day, without IP address, account or cookie, and cannot be linked to you. The language you choose is only remembered in your browser.

Logging in with Google

When you log in, we receive the name and email address of your Google account from Google. They are only used to give you the right access. We store when you logged in and from which IP address, for 6 months. A login lasts for 30 days.

Request for access

The form stores your name, Google account, condominium, role and your comment, and is sent by email to Vidar Vestnes. The name is checked against the board of the condominium in the Central Coordinating Register for Legal Entities (Enhetsregisteret). Requests and access grants are stored until you ask for them to be deleted. Write to vidar.vestnes@gmail.com to have them deleted.

Report an error or suggest an improvement

The form stores what the message is about, your text, your email address if you provide it, the link to the view you were in, the language, the IP address and the time. The message is sent by email to Vidar Vestnes. Email is optional and is only used to reply to you. The IP address is only used to stop misuse (at most five messages per hour). The messages are deleted after 12 months.

The access code for the roof terrace

When someone enters a wrong access code, the IP address and time are stored for one day, only to stop guessing. The right code sets a cookie that lasts 90 days.

Services from others

The site loads fonts from Google Fonts and the 3D library from jsDelivr (cdn.jsdelivr.net). These services receive your IP address when the page loads. Logging in takes place at Google.

Cookies

The site uses at most two cookies, both necessary: one for logging in (30 days), and one if you have entered the access code for the roof terrace (90 days). The statistics tool (Umami) uses no cookies, and no advertising services are used.
