Shared costs in 3D. The buildings are coloured by what each condominium pays in shared costs per square metre, so the differences are visible at a glance.
Item-by-item comparison. Insurance, electricity, caretaker, management, the share paid to Tjuvholmen Infrastruktur and other items, for the years 2024–2026.
Details per condominium. Click a building to see the figures. Each figure is labelled with its source: the Brønnøysund Register Centre or the sales prospectus.
