“White Snow Cake” by Paul McCarthy is a bronze sculpture from 2011, almost 2.5 metres tall. It stands in the sculpture park by Astrup Fearnley Museet.

Paul McCarthy (b. 1945) is an American artist, known for sculptures, installations and performance art that play with figures from fairy tales and popular culture. The title plays on the fairy tale of Snow White, which he has used in a number of works.
“White Snow Cake” dates from 2011 and measures 243.8 × 134.6 × 182.9 centimetres. The work is on loan from the Selvaag Art Collection.
The work stands outdoors in the sculpture park at the far end of Tjuvholmen, around Astrup Fearnley Museet. The park is free and open all year round. The nearest tram stop is Aker brygge by Rådhusplassen.
